# What authorisation is required for Liberia passport holders visiting Antarctica?

## Answer
Antarctica does not operate a conventional immigration visa system.

- Requirement: Special travel authorization
- Action before travel: Yes, arrange in advance
- Data confidence: needs_review

## Context
Your expedition operator and the relevant national authority determine any notification, permit, or other authorization needed for the planned activity. Do not rely on a passport alone.
